 Sports Dietitian / Performance Nutritionist

Kimberly is an Accredited Practising Dietitian Sports Dietitian and performance nutritionist with a passion for sports nutrition and improving performance outcomes. She is currently working at Lifestyle and Sports Physiotherapy with individuals who are looking to improve their health and athletes from a range of sporting backgrounds. Since graduating, she has worked with a variety of athletes to assist them in achieving their own performance, body composition and rehabilitation goals.


Her interest in sports nutrition stemmed from being a national level swimmer for a number of years where she was able to understand and appreciate the importance of good nutrition to meet the demands of training, competition and recovery. Kimberly aims to provide accurate, individualised and evidence-based advice to her clients in a manner that is simple to understand and easy to implement. 


Kimberly’s goal in practising as a dietitian is to assist individuals and athletes in achieving their own goals through optimising their diet, supplementation and recovery strategies. She also aims to encourage people to adopt healthy habits as a part of their lifestyle, and base this on the principle of moderation and not deprivation.
